    12 2-Ingredient Homemade Ice-creams! With 50+ Variations!

Hi Guys! I absolutely love summer! Who doesn't? So, why not bring out our favorite summer treat...  Ice-Cream! I will be giving you 12 flavors in this post, and so many more in Part 2 of this post, So Stay tuned! You can add so many  flavors! After you have made your ice-cream base, you can add literally anything... any chocolate, topping, flavour... you can even add spices for a Peru-like Ice-cream! I know so many people who like spicy ice-cream, but personally, let's just stick to sweet... So let's get started!!!!!   :)

Serves-6 Cups (About 6 People)
Preparation Time- 5 minutes  (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)
Cooking Time- 15 minutes     (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)
Total Time- 20 minutes           (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)

Ingredients-

The Ice-Cream Base-
Cold Whipping Cream/Heavy Cream/All Purpose Cream -  2 Cups (450 ML)
Cold Sweetened Condensed Milk                                       -  1 Can   (400 ML)
Vanilla Extract (Optional)                                                   -  1 Teaspoon

  Instructions-

  1. Place the sweetened Condensed Milk in the fridge to keep it cold.
  2. Beat the Cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
  3. Pour the Condensed Milk into the Whipped Cream. (Stir in the Vanilla Extract now if desired.)
  4. Now, turn the speed back on high again, and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks.
  5. The next instructions is for the 12 different flavors and 50+ Variations. Your ice-cream base is ready! You can start adding whatever you want now! GO NUTS! Try out nuts, toppings, candies, syrups, flavors, chocolates, cookies, and spices of any kind!

          Nutella Ice-Cream

  • Take 2 Cups ice-cream base and 1/2 Cup Nutella. Combine the ingredients together and taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
It looks like Chocolate Ice-Cream🤣!
   
          Cotton Candy Ice-Cream

  • Take 2 Cups of Ice-Cream Base and mix it with 1 Teaspoon Cotton Candy Extract and a few drops of pink food coloring. Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
                                           Tip- It will look better with less food coloring!   

   
          Mint Chocolate Chip Ice-Cream

  • Take a drop of peppermint flavor (or 2 large bunches of mint. Take these large bunches of mint and chop it up by hand or a food processor. Chop until the mint is in small pieces). 
  • Mix together 2 Cups of Ice-Cream Base, 2 Cups of chopped Chocolate, a drop of green food coloring if desired and the mint pieces/drop of peppermint flavor. 
  • Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks. 

 

          Cookie Dough Ice-Cream

  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 2/3 Cup Edible Cookie Dough. Adding Chocolate Chips will make it an unforgettable recipe! Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps up to 2 weeks. 

           
          Strawberry Cheesecake Ice-Cream

  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream base with 1 Cup Cheesecake and some Strawberry Puree. Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.


          Honeycomb Ice-Cream

  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1/2 Cup crushed Honeycomb. Don't add too much as it will make your ice-cream soft (but very yummy!). Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.


          Cookies and Cream Ice-Cream
  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 2/3 Cup Crushed Oreo Cookies. Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.

         The first time I made this ice-cream... I was too excited to eat it, I forgot to take a picture!



          Mango Ice-Cream

  • Mix 2 Cups of Ice-Cream Base with 1/4 Cup Mango Puree. Swirling it together gives a better texture. Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.

 Mine looks a little light colored...🤣

          Rainbow Cake Ice-Cream

  • This is absolutely awesome for sleepovers! Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1 Cup Frosted Rainbow Cake. Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.



          Birthday Cake Ice-Cream

  • Mix 2 Cups of Ice-Cream Base with 1 Cup Frosted Funfetti Cake or Cupcake. Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.

  This dessert is best for... Obviously, Birthday Parties (Or sleepovers!)

          Chocolate Peppermint Ice-Cream

  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 3/4 Cup Melted and Cooled Chocolate. Do this as quickly as you can, stirring constantly to keep the Chocolate from seizing up and seperating from the Ice-Cream Base. Once the Chocolate has been mixed through, mix in 3/4 Cup Crushed Peppermint Candy. Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
