                          The Coolest Cookie Dough Ice Cream!

Hi Guys! Cookie Dough Ice Cream is an extraordinary recipe which is actually quite hard to find when you're looking for the right recipe. Luckily, I've got that right here. I have a posted recipe for Edible Cookie Dough.. Be sure to check that out! It's quite impressive how you can make it so fast. This Cookie Dough Ice Cream has not only a sweet taste but also an appetizing look. So, let's get started!

Serves- 3-4 Cups (About 2-5 People)
Preparation Time- 5 minutes
Cooking Time- 15 minutes
Total Time- 20 minutes

Ingredients-

Cold Whipping Cream/Heavy Cream/All Purpose Cream -  2/3 Cup
Cold Sweetened Condensed Milk                                       -  1/3 Can   
Vanilla Extract (Optional)                                                   -  1/3 Teaspoon
Edible Cookie Dough (I have a recipe posted for that too) -  2/3 Cup
Chocolate Chips (Preferable Dark Chocolate) (Optional)  -  About 1 Cup (Add Accordingly)

     Instructions-

  1. Place the sweetened Condensed Milk in the fridge to keep it cold.
  2. Beat the Cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
  3. Pour the Condensed Milk into the Whipped Cream. (Stir in the Vanilla Extract now if desired.)
  4. Now, turn the speed back on high again, and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks.
  5. Mix in the Edible Cookie Dough and the (Dark) Chocolate Chips (Optional).
  6. Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
  7. Enjoy!
