The Most Amazing Eggless Cotton Candy Ice Cream!
Hi Guys! An amazing dessert, Cotton Candy, being turned into an Ice Cream? This Ice Cream is not only spectacular, but it's also very easily made. This four ingredient Ice Cream takes upto a maximum of fifteen minutes in only a few steps. Tip: It will look better with less Food Coloring! Sprinkles go really well with this Ice Cream too. Let's get started with this amazing summer dessert!
Serves- 2 Cups (About 2 People)
Preparation Time- 5 minutes
Cooking Time- 15 minutes
Total Time- 20 minutes
Ingredients-
Cold Whipping Cream/Heavy Cream/All Purpose Cream - 2/3 Cup
Cold Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1/3 Can
Vanilla Extract (Optional) - 1/3 Teaspoon
Cotton Candy Extract - 1 Teaspoon
Pink Food Coloring (Light Red Food Coloring may work - A Few Drops
Instructions-
- Place the sweetened Condensed Milk in the fridge to keep it cold.
- Beat the Cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the Condensed Milk into the Whipped Cream. (Stir in the Vanilla Extract now if desired.)
- Now, turn the speed back on high again, and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks.
- Mix in 1 Teaspoon Cotton Candy Extract and a few drops of Pink Food Coloring.
- Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
