An Impressive Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream!
Hi Guys! Strawberry Cheesecake is a very delicate pastry, but a Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream? Impressive! This is a very uncommon flavor, but it's actually really easy to make. This original Cheesecake was actually invented in Ancient Greece. Although this new, trendy and recreated recipe is literally off the hook. It's not only creamy but also lucious. So let's get started!
Serves- 3-4 Cups (About 3-5 People)
Preparation Time- 5 minutes
Cooking Time- 15 minutes
Total Time- 20 minutes
Ingredients-
Cold Whipping Cream/Heavy Cream/All Purpose Cream - 2/3 Cup
Cold Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1/3 Can
Vanilla Extract (Optional) - 1/3 Teaspoon
Cheesecake (Preferably Vanilla Cheesecake, in Crumbs) - 1 Cup
Strawberry Puree (Substitute:Strawberry Glaze) - Some😂 (Add According To Taste)
I've already posted recipes for substitutes of Strawberry Puree like Strawberry Glaze, Strawberry Jam Syrup (Glaze), and a few more.
Instructions-
- Place the sweetened Condensed Milk in the fridge to keep it cold.
- Beat the Cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the Condensed Milk into the Whipped Cream. (Stir in the Vanilla Extract now if desired.)
- Now, turn the speed back on high again, and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks.
- Mix in the Cheesecake and Strawberry Puree (/Glaze or the Ingredient you have substituted it with), and stir well.
- Taste for desired flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
- Enjoy!
