Eggless No Flour And No Bake Parle-G Chocolate Delights! 4 Ingredients!
Hi Guys! Eggless No Flour And No Bake Super Easy Parle-G Delights! You can also use any plain biscuit, but it's preferred to use Parle-G. These balls are easy to make, and will only take 10 minutes of your time, under nine easy steps. I coated mine in Melted Milk Chocolate, for a fancier look and yummier taste. These No-Bake balls are healthier than your regular Chocolate Balls. These Chocolate Balls are great for parties, sleepovers.. you name it! I had to try this recipe a couple times to alternate it as it did not work for me the first few times. You might need only two packets of Parle-G, but I used three instead. Anyways, let's get started!
Serves- 4-12 People
Preparation Time- 1 minute
Cooking Time- 9 minutes
Chilling Time- 30-40 minutes
Total Time- 10 minutes + Chilling Time
Ingredients-
Parle-G Biscuits - 16 ( (I actually used 24 Biscuits when I altered the recipe as that worked for me)
Cocoa Powder - 2 Tablespoons
Condensed Milk - 3-5 Tablespoons (Adjust according to your Dough)
Milk - 1-2 Tablespoons (Adjust according to your Dough) (Only If Needed)
You should have about.. 1 and a 1/2 Cups-2 and a 1/2 Cups of Parle-G Biscuit Powder. That should be enough to fill 3/4 of a medium-large-sized bowl.
Instructions-
- Blend all the Parle-G Biscuits in a blender until it becomes a fine powder. Transfer the Powder to a medium-large-sized bowl.
- Add the Cocoa Powder to this and mix well with a spoon, so it becomes one light brownish color (like tawny brown).
- Now, add the Condensed milk and start mixing (molding) with your hands to form a dough. It should be (quite) thick, it should have a consistency thick enough to roll out.
- You might need to add in the milk (I did). Let this thick Dough mixture sit in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. It should be hard to roll into balls.
- OPTIONAL STEP- After 30-40 minutes, melt about 1 bar of Milk Chocolate (1 Cup approx, but you might need more/less). This is for dipping the Chocolate Balls in for a fancier look and yummier taste. Mine was a little sticky so I added a little Milk.
- Take out your dough and make small balls. Dip them in the melted Milk Chocolate. Place them on a plate greased with Oil, and refrigerate for about 3-5 hours, or you can eat them directly.
- They stay good in the fridge for up to 2-4 weeks. Try them with Ice-Cream!
- ENJOY!!!!! :)
