          No Flour 10 Minute Eggless (Chocolate) Parle-G Cake!

Hi Guys! This cake only takes 5 minutes to bake, seven at the maximum. This cake only takes 5 minutes to bake and there is no need for an oven. You can make this in your microwave in 5 mins. You can make this cake in a pressure cooker as well. The cake doesn't rise much, so I doubled the servings while baking because it was about an inch in height. But maybe that's because I used a wide baking pan/tin. Anyways.. let's get started on this super quick and easy cake!!!!!   :)

Serves- 3-5 People
Preparation Time- 1 minutes
Cooking Time- 9 minutes
Total Time- 10 minutes

Ingredients-

Parle-G Biscuits -  1 and a 1/2 Packets (24 Biscuits)- (150 Gram Pack) 
Cocoa Powder    -  3 and a 1/2 Tablespoons
Sugar                  -  1/2 Cup
Milk                    -  1 and a 1/2 Cup
Eno Fruit Salt     -  1 Packet / 1/2 Tablespoon (Plain, Non-Flavored)

     Instructions-

  1. In a blender, add the Biscuits, Cocoa Powder and Sugar. Blend them together to form a smooth powder. Make it is mixed together well.
  2. Put the Biscuit Powder mix into a large bowl and add Milk slowly (if you add it all together at once, your batter may become too watery) to make sure that there is no lumps.
  3. Once the batter is ready add Chocolate Chips or Walnuts if desired.Grease your microwave safe pan/tin with Oil.
  4. Now, add the Eno to your batter and give it a gentle mix, and then pour it into your greased pan.
  5. Microwave it for approx 5 minutes. You may have to do it for a few more/less minutes, as your microwave watt power may vary.
  6.  Usually, mine takes around seven minutes maximum. Make sure all the corners have been baked, and do the toothpick test several times in different place and let it reach till the bottom of the pan.
  7. Sometimes, the bottom doesn't bake well, but since the top is well-baked it may seem fully baked. Make sure to check before removing. Refrigerate if to eat later.
  8. After taking out, it is not necessary to let it cool down, you can eat it directly too. Although, letting it cool down would keep the cake from cracking and breaking. 
  9. Preferably served with Ice-Cream. If you would like to apply Frosting, apply after cooling down only. I have a recipe for Vanilla Buttercream (Frosting)too - Homemade Vanilla Buttercream (Frosting)! 5 Ingredients! . I used Frosting (Vanilla Buttercream) on mine. I made the recipe and then melted it a little, then poured it all over the cake. It worked!
