Eggless Chocolate Truffles! 2 Ingredients Only!!!
Hi Guys! This recipe is sooooo easy. In this recipe, you only need two Ingredients! It's amazing, and the results are even better! Instead of Dark Chocolate, you can also use Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate. Although, I think Dark Chocolate is the best, and it tastes really delish in this recipe. This recipe is a perfect gift, or a great dessert for a party too! You could say this recipe is frozen Ganache (a recipe I have already posted!) into balls too😂😝😄. So let's get started!!!!! :)
Serves- 4-9 People
Preparation Time- 3 minutes
Cooking Time- 7 minutes
Cooling Time- 30 minutes
Total Time- 40 minutes
Ingredients-
Cream - 1 Cup
Finely Chopped Dark Cooking Chocolate - 2 Cups
Instructions-
- In a non-stick pan, heat the Cream until it is warm. Bring it to a simmer.
- Pour the warm Cream over the Chopped Chocolate. Let it rest for a minute and then mix it until the chocolate melts completely.
- Pout the Cream and Chocolate mixture in a shallow dish and let it rest in the fridge until it sets completely. It might take upto 30 minutes (Or More).
- After the Ganache Mixture has set completely, take it out of the fridge.
- Using a melon baller or a spoon, scoop out the Ganache and roll them into balls of equal sizes.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes. You can also do the first 2 steps in a microwave.
- ENJOY!!!!! :)
I added White Chocolate pieces to go with the Dark Chocolate Truffles!
