Easy Rasgulla, 4 Ingredients!
Hi Guys! This recipe is delicious and easy! You really have to try it out! I am gonna start this syrupy dessert right now because it's so yummy! Also, make sure your Paneer is soft. I have written below how to do it. What's your favorite dessert? Comment below! Now, let's get started!!!!! :)
Serves- 4-7 People
Preparation Time- 5 minutes
Cooking Time- 25 minutes
Total Time- 30 minutes
Ingredients-
Cottage Cheese/Paneer - 400Grams
Sugar - 2 Cups
Water - 5 Cups
Cardamom Powder (Optional) - 1/4 Teaspoon
Instructions-
- Grate the Cottage Cheese/Paneer (Preferably in a Food Processor). Knead it into a smooth dough.
- At the same time (while kneading the dough), start making the Rasgulla's Sugar Syrup. For the Sugar Syrup, mix together the Water and Sugar, making sure the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Make smalls balls out of the Paneer Dough. Start boiling the Sugar Syrup.
- Put the Paneer Balls in your boiling Sugar Syrup, one at a time. Before putting the Paneer Balls into the Sugar Syrup, make sure the Sugar Syrup is boiling.
- Reduce the flame to medium, cover with a lid, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- After turning off the heat (after 10 minutes), let it stand for 8-12 hours, letting the Sugar Syrup go inside the Rasgullas. After 8-12 hours, your Rasgullas are ready!
- I like mine with plenty of Sugar Syrup😁😝😂! Refrigerate if to eat later.
- If you have bought Paneer, add milk as you want the dough to be soft. If you use hard Paneer, the balls will crack and break. If you make homemade Paneer, then make sure it is soft.
- ENJOY!!!!! :)
