MAKING THE CINNAMON ROLLS :)-
- Roll the dough into a smooth rectangle. (A big one, about 24 inches by 18 inches).
- Spread the filling on the dough with a spoon or your hand.
- Roll the dough from the longest side, roll it tight but not too tight. Pinch the seam tightly.
- Cut the roll into (16) slices, and place on a baking sheet. (I used my tandoor, which comes with a reusable sheet).
- Cover the rolls for a few minutes and let them rise.
- Preheat an oven to 180C/350F. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden. (I baked it in my tandoor until it turns golden).
- OPTIONAL- When cooled down, spread the glaze evenly. (I don't use glaze, only make the delicious cinnamon rolls).
- ENJOY!!!!! :)
The first time I made Cinnamon Rolls... It came out a little weird😂😝😄
