Hi Guys! Talk about an amazing snack, sidedish, breakfast... You name it! I think my mom makes the best Cinnamon Rolls. It's amazing... so soft and warm and yummy... I love cinnamon rolls. It is super easy: it also has yeast. Its texture is unbelievable too! I absolutely love this recipe, and usually make it on a movie night at home. Cinnamon rolls and homemade pizza, (A recipe I have already posted, Veggie Pizza! (In 20 minutes only!), are my favorite combo for a movie. What's yours? Comment below! So anyways... Servings- 16                             
Preparation Time- 5 minutes
Cooking Time- 20 mins
Total Time- 25 minutes

Ingredients-

FOR THE DOUGH-
Warm Milk                      -  3/4 Cup
Lemon Juice                    -  1 and a 1/2 Tablespoon
(Vegetable) Oil                -  1/4 Cup
Butter (Melted)                -  1 Tablespoon
Dry Yeast                         -  2 Teaspoon
Sugar                                -  1/4 Cup
Maida/All Purpose Flour  -  2 and 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder                 -  1/4 Teaspoon
Baking Soda                     -  1/4 Teaspoon
Salt                                   -  1/2 Teaspoon

FOR THE FILLING-
Sugar                        -  1/2 Cup
Cinnamon (Powder) -  1 Tablespoon
Butter (Softened)      -  3 Tablespoon

FOR THE GLAZE- (OPTIONAL)
Powdered Sugar -  1/2 Cup
Vanilla Extract    -  1/4 Teaspoon
Milk                    -  1 Tablespoon

   Instructions-

    FOR THE DOUGH-
  1. Mix the Warm Milk with the Lemon Juice and set aside for five minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Milk Mixture with the Sugar and Yeast. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, sift the Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, and Salt. Keep aside.
  4. Add the Oil to the Butter, and pour this on the Flour mixture and mix using your hand.
  5. Gradually, add the milk mixture to the Flour and knead until you get a smooth dough, this will take 7-10 minutes of kneading.
  6. Cover the dough and keep it in a warm place to rise for 1 - 1 and a 1/2 hour.
  7. *You can make this dough the night before. When done with kneading, cover and refrigerate.
    FOR THE FILLING-
  1. Mix all the filling ingredients together and keep it in a cool place.
    FOR THE GLAZE- (OPTIONAL)
  1. Mix all the glaze ingredients together and keep it in a cool place.
    MAKING THE CINNAMON ROLLS :)-

  1. Roll the dough into a smooth rectangle. (A big one, about 24 inches by 18 inches).
  2. Spread the filling on the dough with a spoon or your hand.
  3. Roll the dough from the longest side, roll it tight but not too tight. Pinch the seam tightly.
  4. Cut the roll into (16) slices, and place on a baking sheet. (I used my tandoor, which comes with a reusable sheet).
  5. Cover the rolls for a few minutes and let them rise.
  6. Preheat an oven to 180C/350F. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden. (I baked it in my tandoor until it turns golden).
  7. OPTIONAL- When cooled down, spread the glaze evenly. (I don't use glaze, only make the delicious cinnamon rolls).
  8. ENJOY!!!!!   :)                                  

                      The first time I made Cinnamon Rolls... It came out a little weird😂😝😄
