Hi Guys! I absolutely love summer! Who doesn't? So, why not bring out our favorite summer treat... Ice-Cream! I gave you guys 12 flavors in the last 3 posts, 12 2-Ingredient Homemade Ice-creams! 50+ Variations!, Part 2- 12 2-Ingredient Homemade Ice-Creams! 50+ Variations!, & Part 3- 12 Homemade Ice-Creams! With 50+ Variations! . Today, I will be giving 6 more in this post! The last of the Ice-Cream Flavors😁😅😆😍😎... So, I will show you the basics again, & then let's get started!!!!! :) #icecreamlover
Serves- 3 pints (About 4 People)
Preparation Time- 5 minutes (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)
Cooking Time- 15 minutes (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)
Total Time- 20 minutes (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)
Ingredients-
The Ice-Cream Base-
Cold Whipping Cream/Heavy Cream/All Purpose Cream - 2 Cups (450 ML)
Cold Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 Can (400 ML)
Vanilla Extract (Optional) - 1 Teaspoon
Instructions-
- Place the sweetened Condensed Milk in the fridge to keep it cold.
- Beat the Cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment
- 9or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the Condensed Milk into the Whipped Cream. (Stir in the Vanilla Extract now if desired.)
- Now, turn the speed back on high again, and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks.
- The next instructions is for the 12 different flavors and 50+ Variations. Your ice-cream base is ready! You can start adding whatever you want now! GO NUTS! Try out nuts, toppings, candies, syrups, flavors, chocolates, cookies, and spices of any kind!
Sugar Cookie Ice-Cream
- Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1 Cup Sugar Cookie Crumbs (Small and Big Pieces).
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
Peppermint Ice-Cream
- Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1/2 Cup Finely Crushed Candy Canes.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
Cinnamon Roll Ice-Cream
- Mix 1 and a 1/2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1 Cup Cinnamon Rolls which have been chopped into tiny pieces. You can get the recipe at Cinnamon Rolls! Sweet and Easy! #livetoeat .
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
Frozen Hot Chocolate Ice-Cream
- Mix 1/2 Cup Ice-Cream Base with 90Grams of Melted Chocolate. You will see it has loosened up. Mix quickly so the Chocolate doesn't Harden and Set. Mix another 1 and a 1/2 Cups of Ice-Cream Base with the mixture, and then add 1/2 Cup Marshmallows.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
Dark Chocolate Ice-Cream
- Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with about 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (Add according to taste). Sprinkle on Finley Chopped Dark Chocolate.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
- I couldn't get a picture of mine for this one, as I finished the Ice-Cream before I could write this post😂.
Blue Moon Ice-Cream
- Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with about 1/8 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract, 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, 1/4 Teaspoon Raspberry Extract and 1/2 Teaspoon Blue Food Coloring. Mix thoroughly.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
