Hi Guys! I absolutely love summer! Who doesn't? So, why not bring out our favorite summer treat... Ice-Cream! I gave you guys 12 flavors in the last 2 posts, 12 2-Ingredient Homemade Ice-creams! 50+ Variations!, and Part 2- 12 2-Ingredient Homemade Ice-Creams! 50+ Variations! ,and now I will be giving 12 more in this post! Oh, and don't forget, stay tuned for a Part 4- Part 4- 12 2 ingredient homemade Ice-creams! 50+ Variations! This Post will also have a special surprise... Ice-Cream for Dogs!!! In 3 Flavors! Let's Start with this... First, I will show you the basics again, & then let's get started!😄😁😍😂😎 #dogsforlife
Serves- 3 pints (About 4 People)
Preparation Time- 5 minutes (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)
Cooking Time- 15 minutes (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)
Total Time- 20 minutes (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)
Ingredients-
The Ice-Cream Base-
Cold Whipping Cream/Heavy Cream/All Purpose Cream - 2 Cups (450 ML)
Cold Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 Can (400 ML)
Vanilla Extract (Optional) - 1 Teaspoon
Instructions-
- Place the sweetened Condensed Milk in the fridge to keep it cold.
- Beat the Cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment
- 9or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the Condensed Milk into the Whipped Cream. (Stir in the Vanilla Extract now if desired.)
- Now, turn the speed back on high again, and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks.
- The next instructions is for the 12 different flavors and 50+ Variations. Your ice-cream base is ready! You can start adding whatever you want now! GO NUTS! Try out nuts, toppings, candies, syrups, flavors, chocolates, cookies, and spices of any kind!
Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino Ice-Cream
- Dissolve 6 Teaspoons of granulated instant coffee in a few Teaspoons of water, just enough to make it liquid. Stir the coffee into 2 Cups of Ice-Cream Base. Ripple in 4 Tablespoons of Chocolate Sauce. Scoop on some Whipped Cream (Or Ice-Cream Base-Vanilla Ice-Cream). Drizzle on some more Chocolate Sauce on top.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.

Chocolate Brownie Ice-Cream
- Melt 1/2 Cup Bittersweet Chocolate. Mix it fast with 3/4 Cup Ice-Cream Base so it doesn't set. Make sure it mixes well, then Mix in another 3/4 Cup of Ice-Cream Base. Mix Thoroughly. Mix in 1 Cup of Brownie Chunks. Mixing is Important for this recipe.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
Bubblegum Ice-Cream
- Mix 1 and a 1/2 Cup Ice-Cream Base with a drop of Bubble Gum Flavor and 1 Drop of any Food Coloring you like. You can add a little Raspberry Puree on top to add some flavor too. Adding actual Gum Pieces on top is really delicious, but make sure you don't swallow them while eating! NOTE- Bubblegum freezes quite hard, so make sure it thaws out a bit before you chew on them. It might hurt while chewing if it is (too) hard.

Pumpkin Ice-Cream
- Mix 1 and a 1/2 Cup Ice-Cream Base with 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree and 2 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice (OR Cinnamon). You can drizzle White Chocolate on top for Flavor.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
Chocolate and Vanilla Fudgy Brownie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice-Cream
- Melt 45Grams of Good Quality Chocolate, but make sure it doesn't get too warm. Once you have finished this, quickly mix in 1 Cup Ice-Cream Base so the Chocolate doesn't set and harden. Now mix in 1/2 Cup Fudge Brownie Chunks, 1/2 Cup Cookie Dough 'Gobs' and 1/2 Cup Ice-Cream Base (Vanilla Ice-Cream). Fold all the ingredients nicely.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
- This flavor is Ben and Jerry's Half Baked.

Chocolate Chipped Marshmallow Caramel Ice-Cream
- Melt 90Grams of Good Quality Chocolate, but make sure it doesn't get too warm. Once you have finished this, quickly mix in 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base so the Chocolate doesn't set and harden. Now add in 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips, 1 Cup Marshmallows (Fluff or Melted Marshmallows) and 1/4 Cup Caramel Sauce.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
- This flavor is Ben and Jerry's Phish Food.

Banana Fudgy Walnut Ice-Cream
- Mix 1 and a 1/2 Cups of Ice-Cream Base with 1 Large Mashed Banana, 1/2 Cup Fudge Chunks and 1/4 Cup Toasted Walnuts. Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
- This flavor is Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey.

Strawberry Cheesecake Ice-Cream
- Whisk 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese to lighten it up. Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with the cream cheese, 1/2 Cup Digestive Biscuits (Preferably Graham Crackers and preferably broken into pieces) and 3 Tablespoons of Strawberry Puree.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
- This flavor is Ben and Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake.

Cherry Garcia Ice-Cream
- Mix 1 and a 1/2 Cup Ice-Cream Base with 1/2 Cup Pureed Cherries and 1/4 Cup Fudge Chunks or Chocolate Chips. Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
- This Flavor is Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia.

Surprise! Why should we have all the fun?? Ice-Cream For Dogs!!!!!!! :)
(Dogs should have about 1 Tablespoon of Ice-Cream at a time, which is enough to cool them down... Make sure your dogs don't have any allergies first. Then Enjoy!After all, it's a dessert!)
For Dogs- Strawberry and Banana Ice-Cream!
- Mash 10 Strawberries properly, as you want very small pieces so your dog can swallow them easily. Add 1 Medium Ripe Banana and continue to mash VERY PROPERLY. Stir in 1 Cup Natural Plain Yogurt and mix all the ingredients properly.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 8 weeks.
- Your dog may not need it too cold, so you might want to let it thaw a little.
For Dogs- Oatmeal and Cinnamon Ice-Cream
- Mash 1 Small Ripe Banana well, and make sure they're aren't too many pieces. Stir in 3/4 Cup Cooked Oatmeal and 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon. The Oats have to be cooked so your dog can digest them. Stir in 1 Cup Natural Plain Yogurt and mix all the Ingredients properly.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 8 weeks.
- Your dog may not need it too cold, so you might want to let it thaw a little.
For Dogs- Peanut Butter and Jelly Ice-Cream
- Dogs LOVE Peanut Butter like anything! It will keep your dog's coat shiny and their skin healthy.
- Mash 1 Small Ripe Banana and make sure it's smooth with no lumps. Stir in 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (Unsalted or Smooth) and 1 Cup Natural Plain Yogurt. Mix all the Ingredients well until no lumps and big pieces of anything. Make sure your dog will be able to swallow it. Puree the Strawberries or mash them. Mix them into the Peanut Butter Mixture.
- Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 8 weeks.
- Your dog may not need it too cold, so you might want to let it thaw a little.
