PART 2- 12 2-Ingredient Homemade Ice-creams! 50+ Variations!

Hi Guys! I absolutely love summer! Who doesn't? So, why not bring out our favorite summer treat...  ICE-CREAM! I gave you guys 12 flavors in the last post, 2-Ingredient Homemade Ice-cream! 50+ Variations!, and now I will be giving 12 more in this post! Oh, and don't forget, stay tuned for a Part 3- Part 3- 12 2 ingredient homemade Ice-creams! 50+ Variations! Which will also have a special surprise... Ice-Cream for Dogs!!! In 3 Flavors! Let's Start with this... First, I will show you the basics, & then let's get started!!!!!   :)

Serves- 3 pints (About 4 People)
Preparation Time- 5 minutes  (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)
Cooking Time- 15 minutes     (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)
Total Time- 20 minutes           (Depends on your ice-cream flavor!)

Ingredients-

The Ice-Cream Base-
Cold Whipping Cream/Heavy Cream/All Purpose Cream -  2 Cups (450 ML)
Cold Sweetened Condensed Milk                                       -  1 Can   (400 ML)
Vanilla Extract (Optional)                                                   -  1 Teaspoon

  Instructions-

  1. Place the sweetened Condensed Milk in the fridge to keep it cold.
  2. Beat the Cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment 
  3. 9or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
  4. Pour the Condensed Milk into the Whipped Cream. (Stir in the Vanilla Extract now if desired.)
  5. Now, turn the speed back on high again, and whisk until the mixture is thick and stiff peaks.
  6. The next instructions is for the 12 different flavors and 50+ Variations. Your ice-cream base is ready! You can start adding whatever you want now! GO NUTS! Try out nuts, toppings, candies, syrups, flavors, chocolates, cookies, and spices of any kind!

          Neapolitan Ice-Cream (Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry In One!)
  • Take 2 Cups of Ice-Cream Base and evenly divide it into three bowls. Add 1/2 Cup pureed Frozen Strawberries to one bowl. Mix it well. Add 1/2 Cup Melted Chocolate to another bowl. Mix it well. Leave the third bowl plain (Vanilla).
  • To Create the Classic Tri-Color Neapolitan, fill up the container of your choice by scooping a little of each flavor at a time. You can learn this technique in my Marble Cake! recipe. Finish all the flavors by scooping together to create a unique look. Don't Mix Them.
  • Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.

          Gingerbread Cookie Ice-Cream
  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1 and a 1/2 Cups (of) Crushed Gingerbread Cookies.
  • Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.

          Green Tea Ice-Cream
  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 3 Tablespoons Matcha Green Tea Powder. Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.

          Apple Pie Ice-Cream
  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1/2 Cup Crushed Graham Crackers and 2 Cups Apple Pie Filling / Apple Sauce / Cooked Apples. 
  • Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.

          White Chocolate and Cranberry Ice-Cream
  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1 and a 1/2 Cup Cranberry Sauce and 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips.
  • Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks. 

          Santa's Milk and Cookies Ice-Cream
  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1 and a 1/2 Cup Crushed Chocolate Chip Cookies.
  • Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks. 

          Strawberry Ice-Cream

  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries, which are pureed and strained. Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks. 


          Banoffee Pie Ice-Cream

  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 2 lightly mashed ripe bananas and 1/2 Cup crushed digestive biscuits. Drizzle over 1/4 Cup Toffee Sauce and fold just a few times to create fine streaks of toffee throughout. Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.


          Cereal Ice-Cream

  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1 Cup of your Favorite Cereal! Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
  • (I chose My favorite... Fruit Loops!)

          Toasted Marshmallow Ice-Cream
  • Take 12 Marshmallows & carefully and safely toast them until they're brown and caramelized. A little char is ok, that's just flavor😄😄. While the marshmallows are still soft, but not hot, stir them into 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base. They are sticky but keep mixing until you see it throughout.
  •  Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
          
          Red Velvet Ice-Cream
  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder, 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, and  3-4 Teaspoons of Red Food Dye. Swirl in 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese Frosting at the end. Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.

          Peanut Butter and Chocolate Ice-Cream
  • Mix 2 Cups Ice-Cream Base with 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter (Preferably Chunky) and 1/4 Cup Melted and Cooled Chocolate. After mixing, make sure it is nice and thick. Taste For Desired Flavor. Freeze in an airtight container for 6-8 hours. Keeps upto 2 weeks.
