Moist Eggless Chocolate Cake!!!!! :)
Hi Guys! This recipe is awesome... I use it whenever a friend or family's birthday comes up! It's the perfect gift, and the most tasty! I love this recipe so much... Just remember to let the cake cool down, otherwise it will (definitely) crack! Also, ganache is the best topping for this treat! If it is over-baked, then it may not be moist... It's really easy, and you will need condensed milk... Anyways, let's get started!
Serves- 12
Preparation Time- 2 minutes
Cooking Time- 18 minutes
Total Time- 20 minutes
Ingredients-
Condensed Milk (Milkmaid) - 1/2 Tin
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 Teaspoon
Oil - 1/2 Cup
Powdered Sugar - 4 Tablespoon
All Purpose Flour/Maida - 1 Cup (100Grams)
Cocoa - 1/4 Cup
Baking Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Toppings - (Your Choice!)
Chocolate Ganache - A recipe I have Already Posted!
Vanilla Buttercream (Frosting) - A recipe I have Already Posted!
Instructions-
- Sift the Maida/All Purpose Flour, Cocoa, Soda, Baking Soda and Baking Powder. Keep aside.
- Beat the Sugar and the Milkmaid (Condensed Milk)till fluffy. Add the Oil, and beat well.
- Add the Milk and the Vanilla Essence. Add the Maida/All Purpose Flour mixture, and beat well for 3-4 minutes till the mixture is smooth and light.
- Take a round 6 inch-7 inch diameter microproof glass dish or plastic container. The container should have a 4 inch height with straight sides. (You can do your cake in an Oven).
- Line the container with brown paper. Grease the paper with Oil. Pour the cake batter into it.
- Microwave for about 5 minutes. (Yours might need less or more time.)
- Let it stand for 5 minutes in the microwave. Let it cool, and transfer to a serving platter.
- Pour Ganache (A recipe i have already posted!) on it, or top with toppings. You can use Sprinkles, Nuts, Chocolate, White Chocolate (Chips), Chocolate Chips, etc. Refrigerate if to eat later.
- ENJOY!!!!! :)
Me and my mom made this Cake a while ago... It isn't our best work, but it tasted awesome!
