                   Eggless Sponge Cake!!! 6 Ingredients Only!

Hi Guys! This is an easy and short recipe! It's perfect and rich in taste! Super spongy with a perfect texture... and so yummy too! This recipe is super easy and the cake is so moist as well... and, there are only 6 ingredients! You can make this recipe even when you're in a hurry! Buttercream (Frosting) and Ganache would go well with this cake... and I have already posted both of those recipes too! Anyways,  enjoy this awesome cake!

Serves- 3-6 people
Preparation Time- 5 minutes
Cooking Time- 25 minutes
Total Time- 30 minutes

Ingredients-

Condensed Milk             -  1/2 Can (400 Grams for Full Can)
Self-Rising Flour          -  140 Grams
Melted Butter                  -  60 ML
Baking Powder               -  1 Teaspoon
Soda Bi-Carb                  -  1/2 Teaspoon
Vanilla Essence               -   1 Teaspoon

    Instructions-

  1. Sieve the Flour, Baking Powder and Soda Bi-Carb together.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together, add 75 ML of Water and beat well.
  3. Grease and Dust a 150mm. diameter tin.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin.
  5. Put to bake in a hot oven (I used microwave) at 400F. for 10 minutes. Thereafter, reduce the temperature to 300F. and bake for a further 10 minutes.
  6. Cool the Cake.
  7. ENJOY!!!!!   :)
