Eggless Coconut Burfi!!! (3 ingredients only!)
Hi Guys! This coconut burfi is a great recipe, it's short and sweet! It's super easy, and only takes 10 minutes! It's important to let it cool down in the fridge, add if you don't add the pink food color, no problem! The recipe will work without it... And if you don't use the silver sheet (Varak), that's ok. When i made it for the first time, i didn't use the pink food color or varak. But it still tasted great!!!!! :) Let's get started!
Serves- 8 People
Preparation Time- 5 minutes
Cooking Time- 5 minutes
Total Time- 10 minutes
Calories per Serving- 75 (About 75)
Ingredients-
Coconut Powder (Desiccated Coconut) - 1 and a 1/2 Cup
Condensed Milk (Milkmaid) - 1/2 Tin
Pink Color (Food Color) - A Few Drops
A Silver Sheet (Varak) - (Optional)
Instructions-
- In a flat dish spread Coconut Powder and microwave for two minutes to dry roast the coconut.
- Add the Milkmaid (Condensed Milk). Mix well. Divide this mixture into two parts and add the Pink (Food) Color to one part.
- Spread the white part in the tin, and top with the pink part.
- (OPTIONAL STEP) Decorate with the silver sheet. Refrigerate for one hour. Cut into pieces before serving.
- ENJOY!!!!! :)
