Hi Guys! The reason i haven't been posting this recipe is because I wanted to save it... It is My Favorite Recipe!!!!!  I have tried this recipe out at least 5-6 times, so trust me, this recipe is definitely worth trying! It isn't even complicated, this recipe is sooooo easy! I can't even wait to start, because it's the best brownie recipe!       #browniesforlife

Serves- 12 squares (4-5 People)
Preparation Time- 5 minutes 
Cooking Time- 35 minutes
Total Time- 40 minutes

Ingredients-

Maida/All purpose Flour    -  1 Cup
Cocoa Powder                    -  1/2 Cup
Powdered Sugar                 -  3/4 Cup+2 Tablespoon (+Keep Some Extra)
Baking Soda                       -  1 Teaspoon
Vegetable Oil                      -  1/3 Cup
Milk                                    -  1 Cup
Vinegar                               -  1 Teaspoon
Instant Coffee Powder        -  1/2 Teaspoon
Vanilla Extract                    -  1/2 Teaspoon
Walnuts                               -  A Fistful, Chopped
Salt                                      -  A Pinch

   Instructions-

  1. Mix the Milk at room temperature with the Vinegar and set aside.
  2. In a bowl sift together the Maida/All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Cocoa Powder, Coffee Powder and Salt. Mix the Powdered Sugar (Not the extra) with this and stir well to combine.
  3. Mix the Oil and Vanilla Extract to the Milk+Vinegar mixture that's been set aside.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350F/180C. (By the way, I did this recipe in my microwave.)
  5.  Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently fold to combine until there are no more streaks of flour left. Transfer the batter to a greased 8x8 pan and add chopped walnuts on top. (For this part, I just took a square microwave-safe glass bowl, and greased it with butter. I used this square bowl instead.)
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until it passes the toothpick test. Let the brownies sit in the pan and cool completely, before you cut it into squares.

  • Keeps well for upto 2 days outside, or 4 days refrigerated.
  • You can chocolate chips, caramel chips, chocolate chunks, other nuts, sprinkles, or anything you would like to add to the brownies to personalise it. This may change the flavor of the brownies. I added walnuts, and that tasted great too! I also added powdered sugar once too.. These brownies are soft and cake- like!

                                  My brownies were very soft, had great texture and were moist.
