Chocolate Ganache! (2 Ingredients!)(Frosting Like!)
Hi Guys! I will be posting Chocolate Frosting! soon. You can use this recipe (Frosting like ganache) to top your cakes, cupcakes, muffins, breads, etc. It's basically like a simpler frosting, but it's delicious! Try it out, it taste delicious if you freeze it and use a melon baller to make chocolate balls! You can use this recipe in many ways! #deathbychocolate
Serves- Well, you use this on top of other recipes as a frosting...
Preparation Time- 1 minute
Cooking Time- 7-8 minutes
Total Time- 8-9 minutes
Ingredients-
Cream - 1 Cup
Finely Chopped Dark Cooking Chocolate - 2 Cups
Instructions-
- In a non-stick pan, heat the Cream until it is warm.Bring it to a simmer.
- Pour the warm Cream over the Chopped Chocolate. Let it rest for a minute and then mix it until the chocolate melts completely. (Your Ganache is ready!)
- ENJOY!!!!! :)
- If to use later, refrigerate to keep cold. It is advised to use fresh.

ReplyDeleteOf Course! Ganache can be used on almost anything... I have a recipe, Eggless Chocolate Oreo Truffles! 3 Ingredients!!!, in which the truffles are made out of frozen ganache. You can also Customize your own donuts with your own glazes, toppings, etc. 😋Enjoy😝
