Hi Guys! Today, I bring to you, the most delicious Pasta I have ever made!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣This is a really nice recipe... I use it all the time for Pasta night. You can also add Cheese if you want.. and if you want to make a single-serve pasta, try my Microwave Macaroni and Cheese in a Mug! ... You can make this recipe even if you don't know how to cook, because it is that easy...        So let's get started!!!!!   :)

Serves- 4 People
Preparation Time- 5 minutes
Cooking Time- 25 minutes
Total Time- 30 minutes
Calories Per Serving- 126 (About 126 Calories)

Ingredients- 

Penne/Macaroni/Any Other Shape Pasta       -  2 Cups
Medium Green/Yellow Capsicum                  -  1          (Cut into Thin Strips)
Medium Tomato (Remove Pulp)                    -  1          (Cut into 4 Pieces, and into Thin Strips)
Olive Oil                                                         -  3 Tablespoon
Crushed Garlic                                                -  2 Teaspoon
Ready-Made Tomato Puree                             -  1 Cup
Black Olives                                                    -  A Few
Pepper                                                              -  1/2 Teaspoon
Salt                                                                   -  1 and 1/4 Teaspoon
Oregano OR Mixed Herbs                               -  3/4 Teaspoon
Water                                                                -  1/2 Cup
Cream OR Milk                                               -  1/2 Cup

   Instructions-

  1. Microwave covered 6 Cups Water, 1 Teaspoon Salt, and 1 Tablespoon Oil for 10 minutes.
  2.  Add the pasta. Microwave for 4 minutes.Stir once in between.
  3. Let it stand in Hot Water for 2-3 minutes till it is soft.
  4.  Strain it, and Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil on the Pasta.
  5. Microwave 2 Tablespoon Oil, Crushed Garlic, Capsicum, Ready-Made Tomato Puree, Pepper, Oregano(/Mixed Herbs), and Salt for 6 minutes.
  6. Add the Boiled Pasta, and mix well. Keep aside till (the) serving time. 
  7. To serve, add Tomato, Cream/Milk and Water to the Pasta. Mix well. Microwave for 3 minutes. Add the olives. 
  8. Check the Salt and Pepper. Serve hot with Garlic Bread (A recipe I have already posted!)
  9. Refrigerate if to eat later.
