Oreo Cake (In 5 Minutes Only!!!!) (+No Maida, 4 Ingredients)

Hi guys! Guess what? Third Post! Thanks for the support! Please Share, Support, and Comment below! Try this recipe if you absolutely love oreos... I really do! It's ok, just don't worry and keep baking!   #headovermeals

Serves- 3-6 people
Preparation time- 2 minutes
Cooking time- 5-10 minutes   (Yours might need more time to bake!)
Total time- 7-12 minutes

Ingredients-

Oreos  (Biscuit/Cookies)   -  20 (in number, any flavor)
Milk                                   -  1 Cup (240 ml)
Sugar                                 -  2-3 Tablespoon (According to Taste)
Baking powder                  -  3/4 Teaspoon  OR  Plain Eno Sachet (Blue Sachet)-3/4 Teaspoon

Instructions-

  1. In a big mixie jar, take all the biscuits (with cream) and sugar. Grind it coarsely.
  2. Now add milk and Baking Powder/Eno. Grind it to a smooth paste. Grease a microwave safe bowl with butter or oil generously. (Oil will give the cake a shine.)

      3. Or, you can line the bowl with parchment paper or butter paper. Pour the cake batter into                         a proper bowl. The batter should fall like a ribbon. It should not be too watery or thick.
      4. Pat the bowl in the bottom to spread the batter evenly. Microwave it in high power (about                        800W) for 3-5 minutes. It's ok if it takes more time. Don't stress or worry if it does.
      5. Check it at 3 minutes. If not done keep it for more time. Check it with a skewer or                                     toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is done. Otherwise, keep it for 1 more minute.
      6. The cake will rise, but it won't double. Remove it and keep it outside. Even though you                            are probably tempted to eat it, let it cool  down first. Then invert the cake and you can
cut it into pieces. I put homemade Frosting (Ganache-Like!) on mine, I've posted those recipe!
      7. ENJOY!!!!!           :)

                                                             The batter should look like-

  • NOTE-

  • If you try to remove the cake before it cools down, the cake will crack. If you have used butter paper, you can remove it easily. Also, adjust the quantity of sugar by taste.
