Hi Guys! I am not wasting any time this time, because i am about to make these cookies again right after this post! I'm so excited to make these soft but little crunchy treats! Talk about the world best cookies (using our favorite Nutella), Nutella Cookies!!!   I love these cookies more than any other cookies...

Serves- 4-6 People   (10 Cookies)
Preparation Time- 20 minutes
Cooking Time- 12 minutes
Total Time- 32 minutes

Ingredients-

Maida/All Purpose Flour                                       -  3/4 Cup
Baking Powder                                                       -  1/2 Teaspoon
Salt                                                                         -  1/8 Teaspoon 
Instant Coffee                                                         -  1/4 Teaspoon
Unsalted Butter (Softened to room temperature)   -  1 Tablespoon
Nutella (Chocolate Hazelnut Spread)                     -  1/3 Cup
White Granulated Sugar                                         -  1/3 Cup
Milk                                                                        -  2 Tablespoons
Pure Vanilla Extract                                                -  1/2 Teaspoon

 Instructions-

MAKING THE COOKIE DOUGH-
  1. Take Maida/All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder and Salt in a bowl. Whisk it till everything is mixed well.
  2. In another bowl, take Softened Butter, Nutella, Sugar and Instant Coffee.
  3. Using a spatula, start mashing and mixing it. You will get thick yet crumbly paste like mixture.
  4. Now add Milk and Vanilla Extract. Again mix well.
  5. Add the dry Flour mixture. Mix it till everything is incorporated well.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or plate and keep it in the refrigerator to chill for about 30-45 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375F Degrees or 190C Degrees for at least 10 minutes.
  8. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray and keep it aside.

MAKING THE EGGLESS NUTELLA COOKIES-
  1. Once the Dough is chilled, make 1 and a 1/2- 2 Tablespoon sized dough balls.
  2. Arrange them on an arranged cookie sheet a few inches apart.
  3. Bake into preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.
  4. Then, remove it from the oven and let the cookies cool down in the sheets for 5 minutes.
  5. Using a spatula, transfer the cookies onto a wired rack and let them cool.
