Eggless Chocolate Muffins (With Chocolate-Chips)!

           Eggless Chocolate Muffins (With Chocolate-Chips)!

Hi Guys! I am still twelve... Not even a teen yet! By the way, I am eating these muffins as I write down the Post. Yes, I just made them, and thought i should upload this awesome recipe here. Thought you guys would love it. And for a tip, i spread Nutella on top of my muffins to make them even more rich, and Tasty! I used it like a frosting, but i didn't use Chocolate- Chips... Let's start with this amazing treat!By the way, I sprinkled Powdered Sugar on mine!      #chocolatecraze        :)

Serves- 4-5 people   (About 8-14 muffins)
Preparation Time- 7 minutes
Cooking Time- 20 minutes
Total Time- 27 minutes    (You might need more time:) )

 Ingredients-

(1 CUP-240 ML)
Maida/All Purpose Flour     -  1 and a 1/2 Cup
Oil                                        -  1/3 Cup
Sugar                                    -  1 Cup
Milk                                      -  1/2 Cup
Baking Powder                     -  1/2 Teaspoon
Baking Soda                         -  1/2 Teaspoon
Coffee Powder                      -  1 Teaspoon
Cocoa Powder                       -  3 Tablespoon
Vanilla Essence                     -  1 Teaspoon
Vinegar                                  -  1 Tablespoon
Chocolate-Chips                   -   Optional                   (Few)

Instructions-

  1. In a bowl, take Milk, Oil, Vanilla Essence and Sugar. Mix all well.
  2. In (another) smaller bowl, take Maida/All Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Coffee Powder and Cocoa Powder. Mix well, and sieve all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and gently fold onto a smooth batter.
  4. Add the Vinegar to the batter, and keep the Batter aside for five minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, preheat the oven/microwave at 180C for ten minutes. (I preheated my microwave at 220C instead.)

         For Baking-

  1.  Take a Muffin Tray, and arrange muffin liners in it.(I didn't use a muffin tray, instead put my muffin liners directly in the microwave.)
  2.  Fill all the muffin moulds till about 3/4.
  3. Sprinkle Chocolate chips on top. (Optional)
  4. Bake these muffins at 180C for twenty-five minutes or until they pass the toothpick test. (I baked mine at 220C for twenty-five minutes.)
  5.  Once done, take out the muffins (Carefully, because they would be hot), and let them cool.
  6. Mine are supposed to be heat-shaped🤣🤣🤣...
  7. ENJOY!!!!!     :)
(I sprinkled Powdered Sugar on mine! :) )

MIXTURE PICTURE!!! :)

        Notes-

  • Preheating is very important. Always preheat before you bake anything.
  • To make the batter of pouring consistency, add 2 Tablespoons of milk at a time.
  • Fill each muffin liner uptil 3/4 only, as while baking it will rise.
  • Always use ingredients which are in best use date.
  • Don't open the door of the oven/microwave frequently as it will alter the temperature inside the oven.
  • You can bake these muffins on gas/stove as well.
  • If you are going to bake in the microwave (Like Me) then I used 220C at preheat, then (220C) for twenty-five minutes at baking.
